Why,What and Who We Are?

Advocate for Fair Legal Access, Ghana (AFLAG) is a rebrand of Nupez Foundation. A non-profit organization established in 2016 to bridge the gap between the marginalized who suffer exclusion from the benefits of mainstream Legal, Economic and Social empowerment in Ghana. With global conversations on Equity and Equality at its peak, AFLAG will work to combat the problem of marginalization and give hope to the hopeless in our society.

A world where marginalized people have equal and unrestricted access to legal services, education and economic opportunities.

Our Set Objectives.

To make the Sustainable development Goals (SDGs) a reality by providing Economic, Social and Legal Empowerment to the marginalized and vulnerable in society, especially women and children

OBJECTIVES:

1. Develop and implement programmes and initiatives that empower marginalized communities to have access to education and economic opportunities.

2. Provide free legal services to vulnerable people who have the need.

3. Partner with organisations, individuals and communities to ensure they are not left behind in the implementation of the SDGs in Ghana and;

4. Create opportunities for capacity building for staff, communities and individuals who continue to work for the protection of the human rights of most vulnerable in society.
