Desire SAADOGR is a chartered quantity surveyor and holds a master’s in business administration (Project Management Specialization). He has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and real estate market. 

Mr. Saadogr holds an MBA in Project Management, a BSc in Quantity Surveying and Construction, a Management Professional registration, a Professional Quantity Surveyor (Ghana), a Professional Quantity Surveyor (South Africa) and an Affiliate Member Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.  

He is currently a senior development manager for the Legacy Group in Johannesburg, South Africa. Legacy Group is one of South Africa’s top tier property development and investment company; owns and manages a collection of four- and five-star hotels, bush lodges, leisure resorts, mixed-used developments and casino resorts in key tourism and business locations.

throughout Africa and is expanding into the emerging European and Middle Eastern market. Legacy has developed and completed THE LEONARDO in 2019, the tallest 5-star mixed-use building in the continent located in richest square mile in Africa, Sandton Business District, Johannesburg.

His strong project development, construction project management, commercial and project finance management skills as a quantity surveyor across Africa has propelled and earned him a leading and management role in Legacy.

Desire has worked on various projects in key African cities, managing multiple projects and people and understanding the various cultural diversity and complexities: South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Senegal, Rwanda growing turnover to about (R5billion/$360million) within a span of 10years.

He is a Ghanaian citizen, 39 years old, married to a Lawyer with a son and resident in Johannesburg, South Africa
